I have not noticed any added skills yet either when my infants are aged up from infant to toddler on normal lifespan.
Also, even when they do age up they only get the negative toddler trait instead of positive toddler trait or no new trait at all. If I was not using the grim reaper as a single parent whose needs surprisingly do not decay besides fun (which it is important to keep in mind that my grim reaper did not have any rewards that reduce the requirement need for eating, sleeping, and etc.) I would have a much harder time trying to raise seven infants. Maybe EA should have added preteens instead of infants.
